US Citizenship

Our good friend, Marie-Claire McDonough, was sworn in as a United States citizen on December 5, 2008. We were happy to be present along with a dozen or so of her friends to witness the joyous occasion. She along with fifty-seven other people from twenty-four countries received their citizenship papers after a lengthy application process. The ceremony took place in the District courthouse in downtown Little Rock.
Marie-Claire will no doubt be a citizen of heaven some day, but for her remaining years on earth, she will enjoy the blessings of being a US citizen. We will make sure that she learns the national athem in the months to come!
