Rangers Weekend

Our time here in Arlington is coming to an end. Zac and Brit joined us on Saturday for a game that the Rangers ended up losing, but had lots of fireworks! Tomorrow we head back to Arkansas.

Texas Storms

The weather has been stormy here in Arlington, but the Rangers have been winning! It has been great here in our little campground and most of the storms have missed us by a few miles. We are seeing some old friends today and more baseball tonight. Please pray for our friends, the Welches, as they struggle through some family health issues while home on furlough. gail

Mother's Day

Mother's Day was a wonderful weekend for me. Brit came up from Texas and Greg came down from Fayetteville. Their spouses were missed but I was glad they came. We started off going to Alexander's graduation. We spent a day out playing a foursome of tennis and then shooting handguns. Quite a family event! Ha! Sunday was a blessed day by sitting in church with all my family.
The next weekend we took off for Texas with the rv in tow. A stop in Jacksonville and Palestine before heading on to Arlington. Next...the Rangers! gail

Proud Parents

The youngest of the grandchildren have now graduated high school! Alexander Fergadis, my nephew, celebrated his recieving of his diploma at the Jessieville School Sports Arena last thursday night. The proud parents are my sister,
Diane and her husband Dimitri. As Brit and Greg sat in the sports arena with us, it brought back great memories. Congratulations Alexander! We know you look forward for your plans to attend the University of Arkansas this fall. gail

Scene Change

Being back in the states our scenery is alittle different! There is only the two of us at the table and no beautiful river sunset. But it is fun puttering around the kitchen preparing some meals. As you can guess, there is no rice! Today we worked in the yard planting some annuals to brighten up the rocks.

Storm Homecoming

Despite all the storms crossing Arkansas this past weekend, Rick arrived safely. Now with the sun shining and the weather beautiful, we are already out in the yard doing some clean-up! We will continue to post a few blogs, but again when we are in the states there is not so much news. We return to Cambodia June 18. So until then... just family news from Arkansas! gail
